A practical, skills-based certificate that prepares you to mediate workplace, family, commercial and community disputes. Aligned to Article 159 of the Constitution of Kenya and the court-annexed mediation programme, the course blends online study with live role-plays, recorded practice and a supervised practicum.
On completion you will be able to run a full mediation from intake to settlement agreement, manage high-emotion sessions, and apply the ethics and legal framework that governs mediators in Kenya.
